ARMED WITH BILL-HOOKS. By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrlelt ' (H«c. July 12, 10.15 p.m.) London, July 12. . The Governor of Yalenca, the scene of tho Royalist "invasion," has been arrested. The commander of the garrison has fled. Ho is supposed to have been implicated in the surrender of tho town, to tho Royalists.. Many of tho -Royalists were armdd with pikes, scythes, and billhooks.
