It,was also resolved that all' cattle sold, by public', auction should bo subject to. veterinarv examination., ■ .The Wanghmii Borough. Council and Gonville Town Board have ■ been coming .in for severe.criticism lately from sonic of their ratepayers within tho last few days. Meetings of ratepayers at St. John's and Gonvillo have difcussed the shortcomings of their respective governing bodies, and formed associations for the purpose of keeping the local government up to tho mark. ■ ■ ■' j
