In discussing tho question, the Mayor said that residents of uuiramar must necessarily pass over the fity lines, resulting, in a very large revenue being derived by the city from (the borough. Hβ thought that if the. tatra Id. was imposed on residents'of the .borough, they would resort to bikes, or wilt the-extra section.
