INTEREST IN WARDEN'S COURT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.] Reefton, July 10. Tho application for tho cancellation of the consolidated group of mines mado by the Miners' Union on tho ground, of non-manuing, has been withdrawn. Tho company's opplication for protection for nil (Progress, Energetic, and Blackwater) rights commenced to-night. The Warden, with, counsel, visited tho Energetic' Mine to-day to view the popper or Yvaugh machine at work. Tho greatest possible interest is being taken in tho case, over 40 witnesses being subpoenaed.
