SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for cloudy and unsettled weather, with heavy rain, in most parts of the country, and > a oliange for colder weather expected Bhortly, with snow on higher levels in the south. Strong and variable winds will probably' give way soon to eoutlieriies,' strong to gale. Tho barometer is due" to rise everywhere after about sixteen hours, but falling meanwhile, especially fn the north. The weather has been mild and hazy, with increasing cloudiness and humidity, and Tain is reported already in several parts of the Dominion.
