Aldwyn, president! of tlite South Wales Conciliation Board, has awarded tho South Wales coal-getters a minimum, wage of a fraction under seven shillings per day. i THE MEN INCENSED. (Reo. July 9, 9.25 p.m.) London, July 9. Tho colliers are incensed at Lord .St. Aldwyn's award. Mr. Carker, a member of tho executive of- tho' Miners' Federation, declares that the rates embodied in tho award are more than a shilling bolow the average, leaving 65 per cent, of tho oolliers imbeneftted under the Minimum Wago Act.
