CURE OF CANCER.
GERMAN PROFESSOR'S CLAIM. By Toleerapb—Press Association—Copyright < Berlin, July 8. Professor Weiner, of Heidelberg University, reports that he has eradicated cancer by injections of choline obtained from animals. He declares that he, has treated fiftysix persons in hospital with beneficial results in every case. " , Choline is an akaloid basio substance which is widely distributed in the animal organism, but is most abundant in the bile, in the brain (as a constituent of leitchin), and iu tho volk of eggs, In such diseases as general paralysis of the insane choline is discoverable both in the cerebrospinal fluid and in the blood. It is not an intensely toxic substance, but produces a fall of blood-pressure partly by its action on the heart.
