' Sihong-Hung, the Chinese arrested for attempting to shoot tho now Governor, Sir Francis May, has pleaded guilty. An accomplice has.been arrested owing to a snapshot of tho scene revealing a matt with a revolver in his hand. Documents in tho accomplice's possession show that both, men were financed by the Canton Triad Sooiety, which had ordered tho assassination of Mr, Severn, tho Colonial Secretary, Tho accomplice's report to tho Society expressed regret for, tho failure of tho attempt.
