LODGE MEETING.
The half-yearly meeting of the Southern Cross lodge, 1.0.0. F., was held in the Lodge Room, Masonic Hall, on Thursday evening, Bro. J. Jl'Gillivray presiding, lhcro was an attendance of fifty members to welcome tho incoming officers for the new term. ,Tho ceremony of installation was presided over by Deputy-Grand Master, Bro. .Valentine, the officers being:—Bro. A. E. Moore, Noblo Grand; Bro. West, Vice-Grand; Bro. A. J. Williamson, Recording Secretary; Bro. A. T. Bailey, Permanent Secretory; Bro. H. H. Cooto, Treasurer. After the meeting refreshments were partaken of and an hour of harmony indulged in.
