Yorkshire Pudding. Baked Potatoes. Brussel Sprouts. Hot Cabinet Pudding. SUPPER. Coldßeof. Moulded Fowl. Salad. Trifle. Meringues. HOT CABINET PUDDING. Somo stale sponge cake, 1 or 2 ounces macaroons, whites of 2 and yolks of 1 <?Sgs> 1 pint milk, 2oz. rai&ins, loz. peel, 2 or 3 small pieces of cherries and angelica to decorato tho bottom of tho mould, loz. castor sugar. Grease a mould or basin which lias straight sides thickly; arrango a pattern on the bottom with angelica; cut into 6trips, and clicrries cut into rings i cut tho cake into thin strips, and lino the 6ides of tho mould with it, wedging in three-cornered pieces near the top, so that it will bo firmly lined; break up trimmings of cake with the macaroons; mix with tho raisins, and pool; beat egg 6 with) castor sugar, ndd them to tho milk; add the other ingredients and pour into tho mould; cover with greasod paper and steam gently 1 hour; 6ervo with custard sauco.
