TROOPS REFUSE TO FIRE ON MUTINEERS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright / Constantinople, July 4. The Salonika troops sent to suppress the revolt in the army corps at Monastir encamped outside the town and resolved not to fire on their comrades. Eight additional battalions have been sent out.
