A H-ato under tho provisions of Section « of "Tho Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, I'M." ,of Onc-cighth (1-Sth) of n penny in lihe £ on tho Capikl vnlno of nil rateable property witjjin tho Borough, such rnto being required to mc<st tho contributions payable by tho Council to tho Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board.
