MISSIONS TO SEAMEN.

A concert was given at tho Missions to Seamen's Institute on Wednesday evening, Mr. W. Gardner, presiding. Songs and recitations were contributed by the following:—Misses Grey and Florcuce, Messrs. Culverwell, Haybittle, Bethel, and Mansfield; Mr. A. Carter was accompanist. Interest was displayed by the sale of tho famous Mission Jug," which has for tho past nine years been' put up annually for auction % Mr. Haybittlo, This year the bidding was brisk,' and a satisfactory amount was realised. This will bo devoted to thb bazaar funds. A conundrum competition was won by sailors from ships in port.
