SUMMARY AND FORECAST. Present indications are for freshening northerly winds, with increasing hazo and cloudiness generally. Thero are 'indications for a decided decrease in barometric pressuro eoon, especially in the south. Tho barometer is still very high everywhere, with cool and fair to cloudy weather generally.
