SOME GOOD FIGURES. Appended are this year's figures relating to the manufacture ol' cliseso at tho Tawaha (Wairarapa) Co-operative Cliecso Factory, with those of last year for purposes of comparison placed' in parentheses:—Pounds of mill; to lib. cheese, SUlGlb. (Sl.ililb.); pounds of cheese to lib. of butter-fat, i!.74811i. (2.71b.); average lest, 11.864 (3.70). Last year, taking into consideration the height ot' (lie tost, the Tawaha was understood to-have established a New Zealand record, but as will be soen this season's figures are even better. The output at Tawaha this season was about S3A tens.
