It is understood that Oriental Bay will rather benefit by the change, for tlio reason mentioned. Tho iwio of the new time-table has been considernbly delayed by Karon's Tonucst for a more* oconomioa.l service, involving a fifteen, (liirtv, and fortv-fivo miuuto sorvico. To fit this in with tho city services lias not beon found to bo a very easy task, but it has been practically arranged, and tho now arrangement will be included in tho timo-tublo about to be issued.
