ALLEGED RETALIATION. By Teleeraph—Press Aesbeiation—Copyriilit' (Eec. June 30, 5.5 p.m.) Berlin, June 29. Lieutenan/ Dahni, who was studying languages in Russia, has been arrested at Warsaw. Hen , von Kiderlen-Waechter, German Minister for Foreign Affairs, demands his release, believing tho arrest is by way of retaliation for the recent arrest of Caplain Kostevitch. TWO YEARS' IMPRISONMENT. (Rec. June. 30, 5.5 p.m.) St. Petersburg, June 29. Haase, a German, has been. sentenced to two years' penal servitude at Odessa for photographing military bridges at St. Petersburg and Warsaw, and various places on the frontier in 1911.
