The clii-ses of goods which shall'be ''d'eemoti to be the produce or manufacture of. tho'British Dominions .for. tho purposes' of tho said Act shall bo the following:— ' ■:< ■ (a) Goods wholly tho produce of tho Uiitish Dominions. ■ ; ; .(b) floods wholly manufactured within tho : British Dominions from materials prodded ill such Domiincus. : (c) : Goods wholly manufactured within • the. Brithh Dominions in.which all man"lifactnrmg processes arc performed, in 'the' British Dominions from unmanufactured Titw material of foreign origin. ' 1 f in- every case where, pursuant', to Ktction: G of tho said Act, the full duty under 1 tho -said Act is payable'on any 'goods'owing to tho nou-produoijon to th»; Collector or an invoice, with the prescribed certificate written or printed, (hereon, and at the time of ini]>arta'ioii the iiupoitcr alleges, and the has nvison to bcilieve, that such goods are bonafido tho produce or manufacture of soma part of the British"Domiaions, and th:*t such uou-productiou is due to accident, the.'following provisions shall apply;— . (a)" Any amount of duty bo payable in excess of tho duty payable upon the like, goods being the prodnco or manufacture of isosius part of the British. Dominions 'may bo held by the Collector at the port of ■'importation on deposit pending (ho production of an invoice wtili !ha prescribed certificate written or printed 'thereon.

< (b) Such depoi'it shall bo returned to the' importer if tiie invoice, with certificate as aforesaid, is produced within six months from the date, of payment of tho deposit, but otherwise the same shall bo applied as duty payablo under tho said Act, unless other action is specially Ov lucted by the Minister for Customs^
