REDUCTION OF TEA DUTY.
A MOTION NEGATIVED. (Eec. June 25, 10.10, p.m.) London, June 25. The House of Lords by 199 votes to 177 negatived -a motion to. reduce the tea duty by a penny a pound in favour of Bri-tish-grown tea.
