ESPIONAGE IN GERMANY.
'ANOTHER ARREST. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Berlin, June 23. Captain Kostevitch, a Russian Army officer, has been arrested on a charge of espionage. He was ostensibly studying German avifltiori, but it is alleged he lias some connection with the abstraction of gun patterns from Spandau, in Prussia.
