SHIPYARD DISPUTE.
NATIONAL STRIKE FEARED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright • (Rec. June'2l, 11.5 p.m.) London, June 21. The' Federated Shipbuilding Employers have refused tho demand of the shipyard workers for .an eight-hours' day and increased wages for piece-workers. A ballot is to bo taken by the men, and it is feared that a national stoppage of half a million workers is inevitable, and Kill soon-involve a further half-million.
