FRENCH SHIPPING STRIKE.
ARBITRATION PROPOSED,

The Cabinet has asked the sailors and shipping companies to submit tho disputo over which tho strike has arisen to a Court consisting of representatives of the men and masters, the Government appointing a third arbitrator. The dockers at Marseilles have refused to unload ships manned by naval conscripts. !
