REVOLT IN CUBA.
AMERICAN PROPERTY DESTROYED. By Telceraph—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. June 20, 11.15 p.m.) New York, Juno 20. Advices from Santiago, Cuba, stato that the building of the American Manganeze Company was destroyed by a body of tho Cuban insurgents, despite the efforts of tho Government forces. An amnesty issued on behalf of the Government is inducing many of the rebels to surrender.
