BRITISH SURPLUS.
ITS PROSPECTIVE DISPOSITION.
By Telegraph—Press Association—Onpyrlghl (Rec. June 20, 10.25 p.m.) London, June 20. ."The Times" says the Government will announce on Monday the disposition of the Budget surplus. It is understood that three or four millions will go towards the redemption of the National Debt, and that tho rest will lie devoted to the purposes foreshadowed in the Budget Speech, including the navy.
