ISs.; al Mastcrtan;-TO April 10, 1912, forged the name ander M'Lood to a cheque for .811; at Wanganui, on Mav 27, IAI2, forged; the nanio of W. F. M'Beth to a cheque ir>r .£l2 10s. Allen was also charged with,; .having failed to appear at the Wellington, on Mar 6, to plead to.an indict meiit of forgery. Chief Detective Broberg asked permission to withdraw the 'charge that..
