MEDITERRANEAN CHANGES.

Admiral Lord Charles Beresford, in a letter to the newspapers, declares that, des-. pite Mr. Asquith's promise that no change would bo effected in British naval policy in the Mediterranean until Parliament had debated the question, the warships left. Malta last week, and are now to England.
