SUFFRAUETTE CAMPAIGN.
BRITISH PRIME MINISTER ASSAULTED.

June 16, 5.5 p.m.) London, June 15. - While Mr. Asquith was receiving the guests at the King's Birthday dinner at the India Office, a Suffragette attempted to tear off his epaulettes. A few minutes later a youth seized Mr.-Asquith'a arm and shouted incoherently. Both were ejected. Hundreds of -undergraduates mixed with the crowds at Oxford, and subjected Miss Sylvia Pankhurst and other Suffragettes to severe usage, finally breaking up their meeting.
