Sir Riohard Solomon (High. OommisEioner fox South Africa) replaces Sir David de Villiera Graaff (Minister for Public Works in South Africa) on the Commission. All the Dominions, except New Zealand, wero represented at the opening «wsion. After concluding its investigation here, the commission will first visit Australia, arriving there in February next.
