TURF MORALS.
"NEVER) AT A LOWER EBB." By TelccraDta—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. Juno 12, 9.20 p.m.) Melbourno, June 12. A metropolitan paper declares that the turf has never been more prosperous than at present; yet it is doubtful if its mov:\lo was ever at a lower ebb. There may be no jockey's ring, but there are cliques of riders in collusion with each other, and it is suspected that occasionally owners are defrauded by them.
