The doctors h'avepublishe'd a scheme in "opposition to Mr. Lloyd-George's for providing medical treatment for workers earning less than 40s. on payment of a weekly subscription of threepence. Mr. Lloyd-George conferred with th« committee of the British Medical Association, and asked the association to furnish the facts and figures whereon they based the demand for higher capitation.
