An announcement in this issue notifies that Messrs. Smith and H.ilcoinbo (Auckland) have two choice dairy farms, ejluaa.ted 40 miles south of Auckland, for sale. Attontion is directed to an advertisement showing particulars of an important unreserved clearing sale. wliich is being held on Tuesday, Juno 11, on account of Mr. A. Passey (who has sold his farm),'at the homestead, Tiakitahunn, Longburn-, commencing at 11.30 a.m. sharp. The cows (o be offered are all in excellent order. Tho heifers are nlso in good condition and well grown. Tho draught horses are gcod heavy sorts, and comprise a number of voun'g animals, which will be very hard to beat. The farm implements, of which there aro a large number, aro in good order, and the sale will ■ commence with thWnt 11.80 a.m. sharp. Drags will leave the Railway Station at 11.30. so that buyers from a 'distance will bo in ample time for Ihe sale of horses, sheep and cow*.
