ENGLISH CRITICISM. Sy Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, June 2. The newspaper "Observer," in an arrive, says it has every sympathy with the Australian Government's forward policy regarding land companies, but questions ivhether it is necessary to treat English shareholders unfairly. A letter by Captain Collins, private secretary to the High Commissioner for Australia, dees not, the "Observer" holds, answer just criticism regarding tho Van Die-men's Land Company.
