SUGAR COMPANY CASES.
COSTLY PROSECUTIONS. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright. Sydney, May 31. The hearing of the cases against the directors of tho Colonial Sugar Company, on charges of refusing to give evidence before the Sugar Commission, threatens to be interminable. Although the hearing opened three weeks ago, the examination of the first witness has not yet been completed. Many days have been consumed in legal wrangling and technicalities.
