MR. WILLIS AGAIN.
STARTS A REFORMING CRUSADE. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, May 31. The Speaker of the New South Wales Legislative Assembly (Mr. Willis) has a scheme for the reform of tho Parliament House staff, including the dismissal of a number of waiters and cleaners. Tho scheme is causing the Government some embarrassment. Mr. M'Gowen, the Premier, states that the Government has taken legal opinion .on tho position between the Speaker and the Government. Ho will make a statement on the situation at the proper time.
