Ho went through the ranks, speaking here and there, and ending; by . shaking hands after tho scout manner with each member of the King's Stor.ts. From the bnicony he addressed the company, urging on thorn the observance of those finalities which go to the msiking of a scout, in particular, that of obedience. At the conclusion of tho speech, throe cheers were given, Hie scouts raifing their hats upon their staves. In (urn, he called for three cheers for the King.
