4 — WELLINGTON DISTRICT BOAED. A meeting of tho Wellington Land Board was held yesterday. There were present:—Messrs. ,T. Dawson (in the chair), H. Eliingham, ami .lames Georgetti. Tho following titles were approved on the usual conditions:— Section 8, Block V, Hautnpu, 452 acre,, to F. Henley; .Section part 101 Block 11, Kopuaraiiga, 40 acres, fo R. K Milton) Section 11, Block XI, Makuri, 250 acres, to W. B. Peebles; Section 60, Block XIV, Ohinewairua, 117 acres, to (,'. S. Wakemans Section 10, Block I. VmnM, m acres, to J. L. V/iidbovc; section 117, Block VI, jilnkotukii, 402 acres, lo A. Asliwell. Titles approved under Section 177 of His Land Act, 1008Section 3, Block X, Ml. Cerberus. 200 acres, K. Ganter. It was resolved to appoint Mr. J. B. 1 1 . Sntlierland as appraiser to value the improvements. Section 35, Manunui V.S., 1 acre, V. Moore. It was resolved to appoint Mr 11. Liiiidins as appraiser for the board to value the improvements on the section.
