The sum of .£IO,OOO has been oll'eicd to the discoverer of a codicil to the late Sir Murray Scott's will, dispo.-ing of a tortune of over .£1,0011,000, of which a draft lias been found among the deceased'?, papers. The draft codicil favoured Lady Margaret Sackville, third daughter of (lie seventh Earl de la V\'arr, and a writer of poems and fairy tales. AN INTERESTING POSITION, (lice. May 31, 0.15 a.m.) London, May 30. It is now staled that Sir Murray Scott's original will leaves Lady Margaret Sackville <1:1,000,000, which the missing codicil may reduce to .130,000. The "Daily Mail" states that, except for the income on .£30,000 bequeathed to Lady Jlnrgarot Sackville, the estate will be diverted to Mr. Malcolm Scott if Iho missing codicil can be discovered ami corresponds with tho draft.
