HARBOUR BOARD VOTES ,£23. A donation of .£25 to the National Gallery fund was voted by tho Harbour Board last night. Tho first proposal was to voto XIOO, but the amount was reduced by tho mover to £50. The motion that .£. f io bo voted was lost by six voles to three, but a. majority agreed to tho smaller amount. Tho Harbour Board agreed to grant an extension of time to June 10, 1312, to tho Now Zealand Academy of JFino Arts to*tho occupancy of "U" Store for tho exhibition of pictures.
