The Paris correspondent of "The Times" says that after the Prime Minister, Mr. Asquith, and Mr. Churchill, First Lord of the Admiralty, have conferred with Lord Kitchener at Malta they will proceed to Bizerta. where they will be joined by the Admiral commanding the French na-val base. The visit is regarded as of special importance in vliew of the strategical problems which tho British and French naval authorities are considering.
