The cost of erecting, furnishing:, and equipping the new Y.M.C.A. building is estimated at,.€ 23,529, of which amount the directors ' havo .£18,529 in hand or promised, leaving a balance of .£SOOO. Each of the three gentlemen has previously given sustnntial donations, to the fund. The offer was accepted with thanks, and a Citizens' Committee was appointed to raise ,£2OOO.
