Messrs Dalgcty and Company, Ltd., Palmsrstoji North, report having a fair yardins of stock at their Fcildinp sale 011 Friday last, which sold as boiow:—Small mixed Janib«, la., 7i>. 2d., to 7s. 7(1.; small weaners, 265. to 345.; meaner heifers, 373. to £2 2s. 6d.; store cows, to £3 18s. 6rt.; forward empty heifers, £3 17s. 6d.; backward dairy cows, to £4 17s. 6d. Messrs. A. IT. Atkinson and Co.. Ltd., offered .011 Friday a few porkers and stores only, and a small penning of poultry. Porkers made good prices, and poultry sold considerably better than of Lite. We quote: Porkers, 285., 30?. 6d., to 34:?.; stores, 15s. 6d. to 16s. Aped horses, to £3 ss. Poultry fat pur pair): Vounjr cockerels, is. 3d., Is. 6d„ 2s. 3d., 2f». 9d.; grown birds, 35., 3s. 3d., 3s. 9d. ;'duck<. 4s. Potatoes made 10s. to 10s. 6d. per sack; pumpkins, 6s. to 7s.* cabbajrcs, 4s. to 55.; cauliflowers, Bs. to 95.; parsnips, 3?.; mixed apples, 3s. 6d. half-ease; pears, 6s. to 7s.
