AH the railroad bridges havo been destroyed in the neighbourhood. Tho Federal troops are advancing and repairing the bridges. MADERO ASKED TO RESIGN. (Rec. May 27, 0.25 a.m.) Chihuahua, May 20. The Mexican rebels announce the receipt of information that President Madcro has been asked to resign by Congress. It is reported that tho President is agreeable.
