. ANNUAL SEPORT. The report to be presented at the annual meeting of the Pahintua-Alnuo A. and V. The membership of the association is reported to be steadily swelling, there being an increase about 20 duitog the year. . ■ The report says that m puichasiu 0 portion of' the Hall Estate, contiguous to the town, on terms, the committee were well advised, anu are to bo congratulated. The erection of a grandstand and other necoEsnVr buildings was another move in the right direction. Tho committee has also erected permanent sheep and cattle-yards, and the new ground is now a valuable a.the association, and a credit to tho di - ■ triot.
