TWO CASES COMPARED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright St. Petersburg, 20. The Appeal Court at Warsaw reduced Count Ronikier's sentence for manslaughter to fifteen months' imprisonment. Tho count was bailed out pending tho appeal. Several newspapers comment on the leniency extended to Ronikicr in comparison to the attituao taken up towards Miss Malecka, who was kept in custody pending her appeal. •
