Floyd Allen has been found guilty of the murder of District Attorney Foster, one of the five victims of the recent Hillsville Courfchouso raid, and is to bo electrocuted. Three others of the gang fled to the mountains, where tlioy are surrounded, and their capture is momentarily expected. An outlaw was being tried for some offence when a number of his companions descended on the Courthouse ana assassinated the Judge, the Sheriff, and District Attorney Foster.
