USE OF WAR AEROPLANES CONDEMNED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright. London, May 17. Mr. Ramsay MacDouald, M.P. and chairman of tho Parliamentary Labour party, speaking at tho National Peace Conference, said that when tho international organisation of Labour was completed a general strike would' mako war impossible. Ho intended to use all his influence to procure such an organisation. Tho conference, by 89 votes to '17, refused to approvo of tho Independent Labour party's strike proposal to avert war.

The conference approved a resolution condemning tho use of the aeroplane in war, and urged that steps be taken in the direotion of Eecuring an international understanding.
