INSTRUCTIONS TO DEAL WITH IT. The Minister for Public Health (the Hon. G. W. Russell) has given instructions for immediate steps to be taken to deal with the insanitary conditions at tho Native burial ground at Wairiui, Poverty Bay, as detailed in a Press Association message published last Saturday.
