Date Pudding. Sauce. SUPPEK, Pressed Brisket of Beef. Salad, Spanish Cream. Stewed Peaches. Boned Custard. STEAK AND OYSTER PUDDING. Cut tho steak into very thin slices about two inches wide am! three inches long; dip each piece into a seasoning of one teaspoonful of flour, popper, salt, and cayenne. Put an oyster in each piece s,ud I'oli it up. Pack the little roil* into a pudding basin lined with a good suet crust. Add 2 or 3 hard-boiled egga cut into quarters. When tiie basin is full, pour in enough water to come nearly to the top. "Wet tho edges of tho paste, and cover with tho top crust, pressing the edges together witli the .finger and thumb. Cover with a pudding-cloth, and put into a saucepan of boiling water. Boil for four hours, Turn out, and servo.
