ANOTHER STEAMER MISHAP. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyrisht London, May 15. A fire occurred on the Peninsular and Oriental Steam Navigation Company's steamer Malta, COM tons gross, lying at the Royal Albert dock. The fire started in the coal bunkers, and reached the afterhold of the engine-room.
