SIXTY THOUSAND HOMELESS. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright. (Rec. May 16, 11.30 p.m.) New York, May 16. There has been another breach in the Mississippi levels in the vicinity of New Orleans; which deluged ten square miles. There are sixty thousand homeless, but no lives were lost. The damage is enormous.
